Brushing and flossing should be done on a regular basis. professional cleaning should be done at least twice a year. composite resins can easily be stained so to avoid this smoking should not be done. Avoiding wine, tea and coffee is desirable too. Once the bonded teeth get stained it is not possible to whiten it like natural teeth. The longevity of the bonded teeth can be 3 to 10 years depending on the maintenance and care.
